So many of us walk through life with self-doubt, fear, and uncertainty which can lead to depression and anxiety.

I believe we all have the strength within us to change our lives for the better.

Given the right resources, we all have the ability to heal.

A little bit about me…

My name is Jessica Moya and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #67422) in California. I have been licensed since 2015. I have lived in Southern California since 2010 and truly feel at home here.

I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dogs to keep connected with my community. I also spend time running, practicing yoga, and deep breaths while being in nature as much as possible to keep myself grounded.

I truly believe that genuine relationships and authentic emotional connections with others helps to lead us to grow, develop, and achieve our full potential.

These services are tailored to the individual’s specific needs, circumstances, and goals, and are delivered by licensed clinicians such as social workers, psychologists, counselors, or psychiatrists.

Intake
$300.00

Therapy begins with the intake process.

We will review the policies and procedures, talk about fees, and identify emergency contacts. There will be a discussion about what to expect during therapy, including the type of therapy, the length of treatment, and the risks and benefits. Time will be spent exploring symptoms and what brings you to therapy and form a treatment plan, including the type of therapy, how often you will attend therapy, your short- and long-term goals, and the steps you will take to achieve them. Depending on insurance requirements a diagnosis and medical necessity will be reviewed.

Individual Therapy
$165.00

Following an intake, you will attend regular therapy sessions through video, called telehealth. Sessions are typically 53 minutes long. Participation in therapy is voluntary - you can stop at any time. Over time, it is helpful to review your treatment plan to be sure it describes current goals and measurements to reach goals. At some point, you will achieve your goals. At this time, you will review your progress, identify supports that will help you maintain your progress, and discuss how to terminate and return to therapy if you need it in the future.
